The goods will be delivered by the Company to the place and on the date set out in the Others.
The company is not obliged to deliver Goods under an accepted Order unless payment for the Goods has been made or a Credit Account is in place.
Risk in the Goods delivered by ship will pass to the Buyer when they pass over the ship’s rail, and risk is all other goods will pass when the goods are delivered to the destination nominated by the Buyer.
Delivery dates quoted by the Company are estimates only and while the Company will use its best endeavor to meet and delivery dates.
