The Seller’s liability:
Provide the items as per the correct contract.
Export Licence and procedures.
Delivery the goods and issue the shipping documents as the delivery terms in the contract.
Support the Buyer for all document and procedures needed for the import.
Support information and involved expenses.
The Buyer’s liability:
The Buyer will comply with all law in the important, handling, selling or otherwise dealing with the Goods.
Pay on time as on the payment condition of Agreement.
Each party’s liability under this Agreement will be reduced to the extent that the relevant loss or damage was caused or contributed to by the other party.
